Description
Credit Hours: 3.00. A survey course designed to introduce students to the concept of entrepreneurship and the commercialization of new technology, its importance in the world economy, and related career options. Students completing this course will understand entrepreneurial roles and possibilities, begin developing required skills required of successful entrepreneurs, including leadership and basic business skills, and will develop a sense of their own aptitude for entrepreneurial endeavors, thereby allowing an informed decision regarding the pursuit of the full 15 credit Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation.
